Residential Lettings Manager / Resident Sales Negotiator
Fionnuala has worked in a variety of industries gaining valuable experience in sales, customer services & marketing such as the drinks industry with Heineken for over a decade. She was group sales and marketing manager for Lynch Hotels for over four years and then moved to advertising & marketing with the print industry for the next decade.
Moving into the property field, she worked with Direct Property Management and for a period in Keane Mahony Smith and Sherry Fitzgearld gaining invaluable experience in the property Industry.
Qualified through the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Fionnuala is head of the Sales & Lettings Department of TM Properties. Successfully achieving sales in Galway City, County and nationwide to include mid-lands Westmeath, Limerick and Wexford. She also manages a strong rental portfolio, dealing with both multi property client portfolios and single properties on behalf of individual landlords.

With over 25 years experience in the property industry, Anne started her career with Winters Property Management in 1999 and moved to Direct Property Management in 2003. Providing property management services, her clients and property portfolio extends over Galway City and County. Having qualified through the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, Anne supports the Property Management Department in TM Properties. She also focuses on business development and property sales.

Senior Property Manager / Residential Sales Negotiator
David joined the ever growing Tarpey Maloney Team in October 2017. Within the property management department, he has forged, maintained and nurtured strong relationships which has aided with business development since his arrival. He also runs a rental and sales portfolio.
His first role in the property sector was with McGann Properties. During his three years with the company, he progressed all aspects of sales, lettings and property management processes for both commercial and residential properties and estates in Galway city and surrounding areas. David also spent some time as a Sales negotiator with I Am Sold – Connacht Property Auction.
David holds a Level 8 BSc Honors Degree in Property Studies from GMIT.

Accounts & Administration Executive
Maureen has extensive experience working in the accounts department of major construction firms in US and Ireland. She qualified from RTC with diploma in Construction Studies. Maureen also worked with Direct Property Management and re-joined Tarpey Maloney Properties in 2017 as the business began to grow.
